HeartMath technology combined with the world of equestrianism has incredible power. I met Agostino by chance. As we talked, we realized the power and benefits HeartMath can bring to horse and rider. Managing my thoughts to achieve cardiac coherence has led me to have much greater awareness of myself, my body, and my actions in every training session
and especially in competitions. Befor discovering this technology, at every competition my horse absorbed all my stress and became truly difficult to manage. When I learned to reach the state of flow “on command” everything changed radically. My way of communicating with him has become clearer and more precise, allowing us to have a wonderful connection and optimize our performances, racking up placings and successes.

“The coaching path I followed was a personal development process that allowed me to achieve an important goal at the 25th edition of the Weisser Rausch 2024; above all thanks to the breathing techniques of Heartmath technology I was able to maximize my potential both in sport and in everyday life. I also adopted some visualization techniques that helped me overcome some delicate moments of the race.”

The path with Heartmath Technology and the use of some of the techniques I have known have been very useful to me in finding my psycho-physical balance when I felt I was not in perfect harmony.

They have become a moment of detachment from everyday life, a moment dedicated to myself to find serenity and well-being.

Especially during the competitive season, these techniques were of great help to me in managing the anxiety and stress to which an athlete is subjected; they therefore helped me find the calm and positive energy I needed.

“The coaching path helped me improve the ability to define concrete and achievable goals through reflection on available resources and methods and their concrete application.
An important aspect of coaching is the possibility of applying it in different fields, not only work but also family, sports or personal.”

“During my path of S.F.E.R.A. training in 2020, I learnt some new techniques whic gave me much benefit.
The goal required helped me recover my faith and gave me a feeling of security.
The instrument of self talk allowed me to descover the level of concentration and energy, which was fundamental.
Without expectancy, a breathing technique revealed it’self to be most useful especially in difficult and arduous situations”
