Agostino Filippa

Born in 1974. Agostino Filippa is a national instructor and III° level coach of cross-country skiing, Professional Coaching A.C.o.I. and HeartMath® Certified Practitioner.

he He has a past as a professional athlete and boasts participation in World Cup races and the 50 km of the Nordic World Ski Championships in Ramsau in 1999.

After his competitive career, he began his career as a national instructor, coach and skiman in contact with club, committee and world-class athletes of the National Biathlon Team of the caliber of Dorothea Wierer, Dominik Windish and Lukas Hofer.

In 2019, at the Center for Sport Psychology and Human Performance in Turin, he obtained the certificate of attendance at the specialization course in Sport Psychology where he acquired the necessary skills for the development and optimization of maximum performance.

In 2021 at the HeartMath Institute, she successfully meets the standards set forth in the HeartMath® Intervention program earning recognition as a HeartMath® Certified Professional

In 2022 he obtained the certificate of quality and professional qualification A.C.o.I. (Italian Coaching Association).

He currently occasionally offers free counseling at SportJoy.

Graduated in Clinical Psychology at the University of Turin, Psychologist enrolled in the Register of Psychologists of Piedmont, expert in Sport Psychology through the Specialization Course in Sport Psychology at the ISEF Sport Psychology Center .

Since 2019 you have been working within the Juventus Psychological Area and in private practice in Turin, supporting people and athletes in their continuous growth.

She is currently continuing her education and is attending a master’s degree in Psychotraumatology.

Milena Béthaz

Aosta 1972. After studying in Aosta and Caluso, she attended university in Turin and graduated in 1997 in natural sciences.

From the mid-nineties, as well as running, she began competing – excelling – in Skyrunning, the new altitude marathon specialty.

In March 2000 she became a park ranger in the Gran Paradiso National Park.

In July of the same year, she won the women’s world championship in the half marathon from Zermatt to Cervinia in Cervinia.

Struck by lightning in August 2000, despite the very serious physical and psychological damage, she was able to react by regaining her daily life and her profession.

In 2015 Milena returned to her work in the field, as a park guard in Valsavarenche, obtaining a first important victory: since then she has been observing marmots in the center of Orvieille, Valsavarenche.

In July of the same year, he achieved a second important victory: he reached the summit of the Gran Paradiso. The feat was filmed and told in a video created and produced by Fondation Grand Paradis as part of the Giroparchi project.

On 10 November 2016, the President of the Republic Sergio Mattarella awarded her the title of Knight of the Republic for the willpower with which she fought the disease and returned to her daily life.

In 2022 the book “Un cuore in vetta” TS Edizioni was published, in which Milena tells her entire story: an example of optimism, hope, willpower, courage, perseverance, determination, faith, enthusiasm, joy and altruism.
